Wire Radio

A Soviet speciality, wire radio, is exposed as a phenomenon that efficiently prohibited listening to Western propaganda.

Wire radio speaker "Leningradec" (1951)

The oldest wire radio speaker in our museum, equipped with volume control. This one was found in Porkkala, after the Soviets had left their military base in Finland in the end of the fifties.
